WHAT IS THE RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
You can request a return within 15 days from the date you placed your order.

Refunds will take 5-15 business days depending on your bank.
Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained (including makeup), or carry any scent (e.g. perfume).
To cancel and order, please email amaiaresort.th@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Orders that are not cancelled within 48 hrs after being placed are not guaranteed to be cancelled, as our team begins shipping right away.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?
Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained (including makeup), or carry any scent (e.g. perfume).
All returns must be approved before being sent. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can only be made for items of equal value. If unavailable, store credit will be issued based on the original purchase price. We do not offer refunds.
Items purchased with discounts or during promotional periods are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days and shipping usually takes 1-3 working days in Thailand and 7 - 9 working days for international orders.
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
